Carmen M. Gonzalez Acevedo, 64, of Trenton, NJ has been accepted into God's loving embrace on Monday, December 13, 2021 at Hamilton Continuing Care with her loving family by her side. Born in Ciales, Puerto Rico, Carmen had been a long time area resident who enjoyed crossword puzzles, watching television and going to the casino. Carmen is predeceased by her parents; Ramon Gonzalez and Antonia Acevedo, and sister Carmen Gonzalez as well as aunt and uncle who raised her, Esther and Jose I. Gonzalez. Left to cherish her wonderful memory are her loving siblings, brother, Jose Ramon Gonzalez, and sister Migdalia Gonzalez, caring niece, Krystal Gonzalez, special cousin Jose O. Gonzalez, as well as many other cousins and relatives will miss her deeply. Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 17, 2021, 11:00am at the Chiacchio Southview Funeral Home, 990 South Broad Street, Trenton NJ 08611 (parking facility and handicap access located directly behind the funeral home). Visiting hours for family and friends will be held at the funeral home Friday morning from 9:00am-11:00am. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton Township. Arrangements under the auspices of David C. Chiacchio and the compassionate staff of the Chiacchio Southview Funeral Home.
